Relax, It's Saturday

After a hard week, why don't you choose to stay home and relax? That will be the best way to start the new week full of energy, Follow these easy steps and pull stress back.

-Switch off the phone: Easier said than done. In ordinary life we are so used to noise and interruptions that we find unconceivable staying without them, but it is possible. They damage our health, so why do not stay away from them for once?

-Leave it for tomorrow: It's the weekend, you are not working, then leave the agenda for working days. Do waht you fancy!

-Gift yourself with your favourite meal: Order your favourite dish or if you like cooking, choose something that delights you but that doesn't take too much time. Hedonism is good.

-Have a doze: Most of our stress problems come from not sleeping well or of not sleeping enough, body and mind need to rest to give their best. Let them decide how much time they need to recover.

-Practice your favourite hobbies: Whether you choose watching a film, listening to music or reading a book, made them the most enjoyable. Dance or sing, if they appeal to you, no matter your skills, having some laughs is also good for health!

-Have extra beauty treatments: Try a foam bath, add an hair mask and a face mask, complemented it by a fraganced body lotion, and end with a manucure and a pedicure. With that Cinderella wouldn't have needed a fairy!

-Light a scented candle: Lavender perfume will fit perfectly, as it suggests calmness and promotes good feelings.

-Reflect about your life: Even it might sound annoying, at this stage you'll feel so comfortable as to notice the things that still work for you and those who don't. As we do with our house, our life also needs some cleaning up from time to time to go ahead.
