One thing that has a high influence in our lifes is publicity,as it shows the desirable kind of living. It's regrettable that when referring to toys they insist on showing girls as the perfect mothers and housewifes and boys, as fighters, because that model sets in their minds since they are very little, giving chance to discrimination and turned them into discrimminators. It's parents task to educate well their children, but goverments should also take part in offering a good education and monitoring media. Unfortunately, women's appearance still too important in our society. It's sad to hear to some of the greatest actress of Hollywood that once they are over 30 it's difficult to find a role in a movie and they need surgery to look younger and be able to keep on working. On the contrary, there are no problems of matching a 25 year old girl with an actor of 60. I'm not saying that it is unnecesary to look after one's appearance, but that it shouldn't be something obsessive. When vacations come near we start a kind of frenzy trying to look like a cover girl when most of the year we have done little for our body, forgetting miracles do not exist. Be wise, before dieting consult your doctor so that finds the diet that suits you best because of your life style and tastes.
